For review: this website/blog would be intended only for the No-Name Poets.
It would represent a place where we could post voice recordings of our poems, all together in one place. A place where they would be sheltered from the wide-wide-wide-world of YouTube in a more sheltered setting.
If members wanted to post their poems here, it can easily be done. Yes, once posted, it is regarded as "published," but it would also be when it lands on YouTube.
Just another option for us to consider.

No Name Poets
Hi All,
I'm a blogger, it's another of my hobbies.
I've designed quite a few and you can check some of them out below.
We talked about this last summer (before Lenora
moved back). The terms then were maybe it would be something we could use to
let others know who we are and what we do. It could also serve to help announce
workshops, readings, etc., in our region.
I put a "test blog" together and it
didn't get much attention or feedback. I didn't like it much and wasn't
sure it was what we wanted.
It's been sleeping on my computer since; but in light of our isolation, I'm thinking maybe it could work for us, at least
in some small way or capacity. So I pulled it up and began reworking it.
The entire blog is a
"draft" of things that I've come up that could be featured:
· Changed the theme to one with a
window, rather than a map.
· The original "Goal" is
still here and can be found below
this posting.
· Added "Famous Poets
Read" -
· Added "Members Read" and
linked one of my readings there. This feature could be something similar
to what Lenora mentioned. It isn't YouTube and might work just as well, voice
only.
· "Poetry Sites"
· "Open Submission Sites"
· Find us on FB
· "Poetry Man," by Phoebe
Snow (maybe not what we want but
it pertains to what and who we are
· "Follow by Email" a
place to insert your email address so anytime someone posts (only us!) we
would each get an email notification).
· "Blog Archive": a
historical listing of the posts made.
Nothing here is "caste in stone," it can all be modified changed, or deleted. It is a DRAFT.
The blog would be NOT FOR PUBLIC USE, I could make each of you an "author" and give you access to post, comment, list, etc. No one but members of our club would have access and entry.

I have such a private blog where I post my poems
and personal readings, no one knows how to find it, now one will ever know how
to find it. I would be happy to help you learn how to maneuver
"our" site, as an author, once you get the hang of it, it's fairly
user friendly.
We could post our poems here, there is a comment
feature at the bottom of each post. You can leave them here, or remove
them after a few days or whenever.
Here's a list of some of the blogs I've
created:
